  • € 90 per hour for up to 5 people
  • An half day tour lasts 3 hours and costs € 270.
  • A full day tour lasts 6 hours and costs € 540.
  • The above prices are per tour and not per person. Taxes included.
  • Admission fees to churches, museums, monuments and all extras are not included in the above prices.
  • Please contact me if you would like to organise a private guided tour for more than 5 people. We can arrange a customized itinerary and the length of the tour together. Prices upon request.

If there’s something in particular that you would like to visit and you don’t find it listed on my wesite, I’ll be glad to organize a tailor-made tour for you, your family and friends.

Payment

Payments can be made in advance by credit card, Paypal (plus 6% Paypal commissions) or through bank wire.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund for cancellations made up to a month before the scheduled tour date.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made up to 15 days before the scheduled tour date.
  • No refund for cancellations made up to a week before the scheduled tour date.
  • No refund for tickets purchased in advance.

Meeting Points

  • As all my tours are private, the meeting point is flexible.
  • I can meet up with you at the hotel or apartment where you are staying, if located in the city center of Florence, or at a specific landmark downtown.
    My favorite meeting points are coffee shops, just to have the chance to get one more espresso before our tour starts.

FAQs

When does the touristic season start in Florence?

It starts at the beginning of April and ends at the end of October.
The busiest months of the year are May, June and September, when the weather is still sunny and warm but not too hot.

How about meeting points? They are never mentioned in your tour descriptions.

If your hotel is in the city centre of Florence, I can meet you there. Each time you book a tour, we can arrange a different meeting point according to the tour you book and your requests.

Is there any dress code required in churches and museums?

If you want to visit churches, make sure you have your shoulders and knees covered. There’s no particular dress code in local museums.

Are there supermarkets in the historical city centre of Florence?

There are many small and nice supermarket in Florence where you can also find sandwiches, salads and pasta.

Are shops open on Sundays in Florence?

Most of the shops are open every day form 10 pm to 7.30 pm.
Only few shops are closed on Sundays.
Very few shops close at 1 pm and reopen at 4 pm.
